Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Illinois

Our bylaws state that no children are allowed to play in common areas of our townhouse property. Which is a condominium association. Is this discrimination? In Illinois.

If you want to change the rules of condominium association get involved with it. Go to meetings, be nice to neighbors and bake cookies.
