I recently saw that a lesbian woman has a law suit against an online dating site. My niece has tried these before as well, she is mentally challenged. there is nothing at all on any of them to state whether you have a disabilty or not. These are also minorities and should have there own category as well so they can meet someone in their same lifestyle or so they can at least display this to matches on their profiles. Question is do you think it would be logical to pursue this?

What do you mean when you say "pursue this"? From what you've described, no discriminatory actions have occurred. The gay woman who sued the online dating service did so because they would not post her profile because they do not cater their services to the gay community. That's not the case with your niece, is it? If she's been rejected based on her disability, then maybe she's got something, but otherwise, no.
If you are really interested in helping in a non-litigous way, why don't you contact those services and suggest that they offer services to the mentally and physically challenged? It's a much more positive method of dealing with this issue than trying to sue.
