Former employer violating wrongful termination settlement

I recently won a settlement agreement for wrongful termination. One of the agreements through the US Labor Board was that a Notice be posted at my previous place of employment in a conspicuous area and left uncovered for all employees to see that I filed charges and won retribution. The employer has hidden this notice in an obscure room under a calender. I signed away rights to any other claims and cannot discuss the case with anyone. The Labor Board is doing nothing to enforce the placement of this Notice. Since the employer is not complying, does it then void the entire agreement that I will not ''disparage'' the company? Can I get in trouble by mailing these notices out to colleagues?

The settlement agreement may contain information regarding enforcement of the terms of the settlement. Otherwise, you may wish to consider a separate proceeding to enforce the terms, before the entity who has jurisdiction. Please consider consulting an attorney who can review these matters with you.
