Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Illinois

Harassment in the work place!
My husband has been having alot of problems at work with one of his co-workers. My husband is Puerto Rican and the man who messes with him is White. My Husband has complained against this man for over 8 months and nothing has been done. he is so stress from this man making fun of him infront of the other workers. My husband goes in an hour early every day and stays 1 to 4 hours late everynight and works his saturday off every week. And yet nothing has been done. Now this man has two other white men harrassing my husband and one of them wants my husband to fight him. The leader in all this only picks on my husband and sometimes picks on another hispanic male there, but he has yet to report it. It has gone beyond at this place. My husband has put so many complanits and when he complained one time they put my husband on probation with this man. It makes no sense! I need to know what to do. while my husband works on the machines they walk past him saying cry baby and making crying noises, they will get in there group and talk about him right infront of him.

If the wrongful behavior is knowingly tolerated by management, you husband may have a claim of discrimination.
