if you are a minor and get a charge and run and have a warrent till your 18 would that charge be active

It depends on the charge and whether the warrent is still outstanding. How long ago? Anyway, I would recommend you speak to a lawyer in your area who knows juvenile law and criminal law (if the warrent is based on a criminal matter) and/or you can also look up the case yourself to see if the warrent is still on the docket or pending somewhere.
