I've had 3 DUI arrests (2 convictions), more than 10 yrs. ago. I've went to 2 formal hearings twice in Chicago, without a lawyer, & was denied. Do I have to sustain from alcohol & be able to prove it, for a year before I go to another formal hearing?

Are you seeking an expungement? What type of hearings are you attending? I would advise to always have an attorney with you when appearing in Court.
