Ok So I have 2 DUIs in Iowa from 2003 and for what I can see/Find/read Illinois can not count them towards the recent auto DUI for refusing to blow and found out my license was suspended for a $15 fee from 2003. Can the state of illinois charge me with a felony for getting a DUI with a suspended license?
