1st DUI in Illinois (McLean County)
I was wondering if I would need a lawyer for a 1st DUI. I blew a .11 the first time in the car and a .12 the second time, also in the car.

Yes, you definitely do need an attorney to represent you. The negative consequences that may result from this incident far outweigh any savings you might accomplish by not hiring an attorney. And, if you are not able to afford a private attorney, then you might be able to get the public defender appointed for you by the judge. Do not take any chances with this, be sure to get an attorney.
