About 8-10 years ago I was sited for a DUI in Chicago. I refused the breath test and they took my license for 6 months. Before I could get to the court date, we had to leave to go back home to Ohio. Since then I've been everywhere but that state and for the last 5 years or so have had no way to get there. How do I settle this so I can finally get my license back?

You will want to retain an attorney in the county in which you received the DUI.
The attorney can then go into court on your behalf.
If your arrest was in Cook, DuPage, or Lake county feel free to contact me.
