im 19 yrs old, lastnight i recieved a consumption ticket in montgomery county and on the ticket on the nature of offence line all it says is illegal posession or consumption of alcohol by a miner....and they didnt give me a breath test... and that was my first ticket ever in that county...is there a way to get out of this because i didnt blow or take any kind of tests...?
