In July 02 I had a traffic accident,resulting in traumatic brain injury. I have no recollection of the incident because of the injuries I suffered. I am currently charged with felony DUI because of hospital records,and police observations. My question is what are my legal strategies going to be if I honestly cant recall the entire day before?
