alcohol consumption by minor

my son got a ticket for illegal consumption of alcohol @ a party but the officer did not sign the ticket- is this grounds for dismissal? this is not a dui offense

No. You should hire an attorney to be sure that you son does not take a conviction on his record on this charge. Good luck.
