Alcohool
I had recently been arrested for drinking, i had been charged with illegal possesion as well. The officers never arrested me, never asked me if I had drank, and the only suspicion they had on me was that i smelled like alchool. Is there a likely chance i will be found not guilty in a jury trial?

Re: Alcohool
Anything is possible. Once they have probable cause ie: swerving in traffic etc, they can do a safety search and the possession charge is valid. It may be possible to plead down the charges if there was no blood alcohol test performed. You can contact us for a free consultation to discuss the different options. thanks
