i got a dui in my parking lot of the apartment complex i live in . i did not take any 4 4 days because they are so expencive. the with drawls makes me feel smashed. i had beer on my breath, and hit a trailer hitch on a truck and the next thing i know i was charged with dui. i failed field test from being off my meds. i was not asked to take a breath test. dropped??? help i have a cdl.

You have defenses, but you have a clock running to get things accomplished. At this point, you need to RUN, not walk, to an attorney. You are already behind the "power curve". Good Luck!

One important issue is regarding your CDL, you will be facing a suspension of your CDL if the summary suspension for the DUI is not lifted. There are important time frames for contesting the Summary Suspension. There are several issues raised by the fact that you were on private property. You should contact an attorney immediately, not only to contest the DUI, but to take proper actions to attempt to protect your CDL
