I was arrested for a DUI. I was not driving at the time of the DUI arrest and i had not been drinking.I was still convicted of it with no proof at all. I had an accident and drove my car home so not to pay a towe bill.1/2 hour later a cop came to my house and arrested me. My question is > How do i take this to another court for retrial or can I. I was allready under arrest for the DUI so i would not do eny testing so they rail roaded me.
