while attending college in 2004 i was arrested for possession of less than 5 grams of marijuana. i recieved a year of probation. a few months later i was arrested and charged with a dui and possession of less than5 grams of marijuana. i missed court and have not been back to the town. is there any way i can handle my legal issue without going back to the town where i incurred my offense?

You cannot mail in a court related matter. You will have to appear there to vacate any warrants that may have been issued against you, and to finalize your case. Good luck.
