can my car get impounded for a dui in my driveway?
i was not driving and my keys were in my pocket.

You need professional help to recover your car. In addition to the impoundment, you also have a DUI for the date of the impoundment? Are there field sobriety tests? Did the officer or officers observe you driving? I have so many questions...........you really do need a lawyer.
