Legal Question in DUI Law in Illinois

I am a CDL holder and got my 2nd DUI. My first one was when I was 16. I am currently 24 and received my 2nd DUI in August 2006. I have heard that 2nd DUI offenders are not eligible to get their CDL back. Is there any way to go about doing this? Thank you.

You have omitted much....I see from your Zip that you are Downstate, way Downstate. You would do yourself a lot of good if you would contact an attorney where you live. I happen to know a few from Downstate, and I could possibly refer you to someone if I knew where you lived.
