First off, I am contacting you because I am worried about my boyfriend. He recently turned 21 and has had six consumption of alcohol by a minor tickets. His license has already been suspended, and he has not gone to court for his last ticket. He goes to court for his last ticket in less than two weeks before his court supervision is up. How much jail time is he facing, and if he pleads not guilty to his last ticket will that buy him time to get off of court supervision? Or, do you think that since he just turned 21 that will change anything?
