When a costumer orders a bucket of beer which includes 6 or more beers, do you have to open all the beers when serving them?

If we're talking a tavern that does NOT have a package goods license, yes. If it does have a package goods license, it may be able to "serve" unopened bottles because it is licensed to allow off-premises consumption. So a lot has to do with the licensing.....
