I was arrested on the warrant of felony class 2 early this year(my ex girl friend falsified matter).
Then my ex wife bond me, but I left the country. I was indicted. So now there are two charges. Who can based on experience for say apparent scenarios. What if my main charge would be exonerate, would the court hold the charge for bail jumping (actually my mom oversee become sick afterward the arrest,
and the I discovered also at that time that I am sick with hepatitis C, thus in the such uncontrolled state of mind left the country).are those charges used to count concurrently or consecutive in IL. As far I am aware I mot eligible for bonding in future pertinent this matter. The case is pending at court currently.
