Legal Question in DUI Law in Illinois

DL reinstatement through out of state packet

I recieved a dui in illinois in 94 on a tn d.l. I recieved a dui in tn in 98.Tn needs a letter of clearance from il to reinstate.I reside in tn.I completed out of state packet and submitted for review.My question is if turned down by Il what rights do I have?Tn is willing to reinstate fully and this is where i have resided my entire life. I have no reason to ever drive in Il.I need to get some sort of restricted license to get to work and take my newborn to daycare.any info will be helpful.

Re: DL reinstatement through out of state packet

You must get your driving privledges reinstated in Illinois (assuming you were revoked in Illinois). You may be able to have an informal hearing depending on your driving record.
