drug paraphernalia, and dui

I was charged with drug paraphernalia, for a cannabis pipe, but I also got a dui a few months back, I already went to court for the dui, but I was wondering if the paraphernalia charge and the dui will affect each other.

Yes, probably. If the DUI is still pending, the prosecutor will probably take your new offense into consideration with the plea offer he or she makes you. If it is not pending, but you are on supervision or probation, the new offense can be used to revoke your probation or supervision.
