is there a statatory of limitations on a dui arrtest. If someone is arrested but never went to court on the charges, is there a limitation on how long they will keep coming after them?

Re: DUI arrest
Once arrested and charged there is no statute of limitations. That statute is for the time within which to bring charges. Since you have been arrested and charged, and failed to appear in court, there is a warrant outstanding for you.
