"JDP" is short for Judicial Driving Permit. IF you are facing a DWI or a DUI, then you need to hire an attorney. An attorney may be able to help you avoid a conviction, and may be able to save your driver's license. An attorney would need to know all of the specific facts involved before advising you concerning your chances of success attacking the breath test results.
