Legal Question in DUI Law in Illinois

dui

a friend was charged with a dui, no seatbelt, no insurance, open containers of alcohol, driving on a suspended, and obstruction of justice....her last dui was over 7 years ago. she recieved an ibond but missed court. she was picked up on unrelated charges which were dropped. she just got transfered to lake county jail today. i would like to know honestly what she is looking at...the max and minimum....what her options may be

I can't tell you what her options are, because I don't know

enough about the case. However, she will be charged with a felony because she was charged with a DUI while driving on a suspended license. Further, she'll be charged with another felony for DUI while driving without insurance. The minimum and maximum are 1 to 3 years in prison on each charge. She would also be eligible for probation.
