what can happen if you are unable to pay a court ordered fine with in the twelve month period?

Negative things could happen such as the case being recalled for sentencing, or a warrant being issued for your arrest. Have you considered going back to court and seeking an extension for more time to pay? In many cases an attorney can obtain additional time for you if you are not comfortable attempting this on your own. Good luck.
