I have a dui in ill,also adwlsand no insurance. the charges were in 1993 &1994. can i have those removed?-i cn get a licience in wa because of it !!!! is there a statute of limitations? help please!!!!!!

It may be possible to have these charges expunged from your record. But, if you have had multiple arrests it may be impossible.

I had extreme difficulty in deciphering your question. It would seem that you would have to clear your record in Illinois before WA would issue a DL for you, In what county did you get the Illinois tickets? There probably is a bench warrant out for your arrest,
