Dui
When an officer writes a ticket, can
he cite a road he followed you on
but did not pull you over on as the
road the offense took place?
Should he cite the road he pulled
you over on, in the ticket?

Re: Dui
Hello. The police officer is not bound to write the citation for the road he pulled you over on. He is bound to charge you with the offense at the location he observed you commit the offense. This is an important distinction. DUI's are very serious matters. You should have legal representation. Will be happy to answer any additional questions that you may have.
