DUI and Sexual Assult

My former manager offered to buy me several drinks after work. I agreed as long as a designated driver found to drive me home. I was assigned a DD by my manager. After drinking several glasses of wine I began to feel very odd. I asked my DD to take me home. Three hours later I came too, slumped over my steering wheel, with severe abdominal pain and no designated driver. I was arrested for a DIU and the police ignored my concern of rape and refused to take me to the hospital when I requested it over and over. They helf me for 12 hours, although I was bailed out after ten. In addition I was denied anything to drink, as my sink did not work and the officer refused to bring me anything for the full twelve hour period I was there. I left jail and went straight to the hospital, the kit was inclonclusive. The officer involved in the sexual assult investion, who works at the same station I was arrested, has been calling and asking former co workers extremely innopropraite questions regarding my previous sexual history and other unrelated information. I am unable to afford an attorney and have very little time. What do I do?

You should have an attorney. Contact the court about a public defender. Do you know the identity of the designated driver? Are there other witnesses you can identify?
