speeding 52 at 35 mph and dui blew the test .119 and was placed under arrest given the tickets and released with an i bond.it is my first dui and i want to know my rights and the penalties involved what is the worsed case senario?

You are facing jail time or a fine, or both, and the loss of your driver's license. I would seriously advise you to hire the very best criminal defense lawyer you can afford, make an appointment as soon as possible and get all of the advice you are going to need.
