yes i had a dui back in 89 in illinois and i paid my fines did my alcohol classes but they are still holding my license. i live in mississippi now and i was wondering if there is a statue of limitations on this matter.

I am not familiar with your former state's law, but I would suggest you make copy of your certificates of completion of MASAEP class certification or its equivalent and sent them to the Department of Motor vehicles in your former state. Until your license is previously restored, Mississippi wont issue you any driving priviledges.
