We have a friend that recently got a DUI. He has already had one DUI, and was driving on a suspended license. What sentencing is he facing?

A 2nd DUI offense within 20 years, you will lose your license for a minimum of 5 years. If this is the second offense within five years, in addition to other fines and penalties, you will be sentenced to five days in jail or 30 days of community service. You also may be fined up to $2,500 and given a jail sentence of up to one year.
