Husband Arrested on his Fifth DUI
Last week, my husband was arrested on a DUI charge (May 2007). BAC was .12. Previsou DUI's 1978, 1989, 1990 and 1991. Has current drivers license, current insurance, has a professional job, current on child support and had had no driving violations since 1991. This was in Illinois and he has an Iowa license. What will be the outcome since it has been over 10 years?
We have obtained legal counsel, bu need info. Also, the officer and the jail had put his court date for June on a Sunday and the BAC test papers, which are carbon copied, he had written in pen on our copy the time of the test and was not written at the time of the test.
