Legal Question in DUI Law in Illinois

Illinois DUI

I have just been charged with DUI in Illinois. I had one previously 11 years ago in Louisiana. I was told that my driving license is revoked. How can I get a driving permission to drive for work purposes asap? Otherwise, I will likely loose my job.

Re: Illinois DUI

You may want to challange the arrest and try to keep your license. It takes the filing of civil discovery that the State rarely answers. If they do it is usually in violation of Supreme Court Rules. This takes timing and is expensive. Please contact me immediately.

You can get limited permission for the purposes of work. Its important to deal with your DUI immediately, as it makes an attorney's job easier and makes it less painful for you. We have an attorney that works with such cases on a flat fee basis if you would like to email or speak to him, please contact out firm. Good luck with everything either way.

Re: Illinois DUI

We can look at the possiblity of getting a judicial driving permit, but even if you are eleigible for one and the judge give you a JDP you will not be able to drive for 30 days.

Call me if you want to discuss.
