Jurisdictional Question
I was recently pulled over for a DUI in Lake County. The officer that pulled me over was from Winthrop Harbor. He pulled me over in Zion (I saw a similar question like this on this site). My questions are: Why didn't he call in Zion PD to handle the matter and because he pulled me over in Zion, does this affect my case?
