Get license back after 10 years?

Hello,

My brother got a DUI 10 years ago and has never gone to the classes that he was supposed to because he cannot afford them and has no way to get to them. He is on a very limited income. He has not been in any trouble since then. Is it possible to get his license back without taking the classes because of the amount of time that has passed?

Yes, its possible, however, he wil have to clear up his court case first. If he has been revoked, he must complete his classes, and submit evaluation and treatment papers. He should check with an experienced lawyer.
