license plate suspended
My husband has a dui in Indiana.Illinois is pulling our plates and registration .this is his first offense.This is my car in his name.What can I do so I can drive this car?

If it is truly your car, go to a Secretary of State's office, ask for the paper work to change the title ahd retitle the car in your name. It may require new plates as well, since the plates are suspended. The Secretary of State looks unkindly at a fraudulent transfer to avoid the suspension.
