Legal Question in DUI Law in Illinois

Getting License reinstated from another state.

I now live in Louisiana. My drivers license was suspended for DUI over 10 years ago and has now been revoked according to new laws. What kind of lawyer do I need or how do I go about getting it reinstated so I can get licensed in Louisiana?
