Motion for judgement
I have to go to court for a motion of judgement,appearently i had missed a status hearing.What i am asking is can i still ask the judge if i can set up a payment plan or will the judge just side with them because i missed the status hearing. Since i am currently on unemployment i can't afford an attorney,any help would be greatful.The debt is for a credit card for 2100.00

Until the judgment is final (and sometimes after that) you can ask for the court to set up a payment plan. Asking is not prohibited.
