Can i move out of illinois
I am currently on probation for a dui conviction in illinois, convicted 3/20/2005-until 3/20/2007. I have completed my 75 hours of dui classes, paid my fines--i was offered a job in maryland can i move out of illinois even though i am on probation????

Most likely, no, without court and probation officer permission.Typically, probation terms do not allow leaving the state. However, most Judges, and courts will allow a move, once you seek court permission.
