I was ordered by a judge to do 30 days as inpatient at a rehabilitation center, I'm a 74 man, I entered the program on Jan. 26, 2011, and I projected my date of release on Feb. 25, 2011, now I'm told that the 1st 7 days didn't count, so I must do an extra 7 days. Now they say I must do 90 days as outpatient paying 20.00 a day, 3x a week, I'm on social security!
What legal rights do I have.
Thanks

Look at whatever orders you have from court stating that you are supposed to do 30 days.
If you have a court date while still in an inpatient program bring this up with the court.
I would advise you to go to court with an attorney.
