i was at a party were there was underage drinking,i had just got there when the police had shown up. i did not drink. i wanted to take the breathalyzer they did not let me . gave me a ticket and wrote on it that i had said that i did drink,the officer wrote the exact same things on mine and 1 of my friends tickets. should i be worried ?

I don't know if you should be worried, but I do know that you should hire an attorney to make sure that you do not take a conviction on your record for this charge.
