i got a dui on oct, 17i was on privet pr. i had not taken my anti deppresnts, 4 4 days. the withdrawl is horrible. i could not afford then till i got paid. 1 week later. i did a break job in the garahge on my car , i have the reciets to proove it. when i got done i pulled out of my garage . i had breaks, than i pulled foward. the petal went to the floor. this is the truth, i hit a hitch on a pickup truck, the next thing i know i was arrested 4 dui. i was not asked to take a breath test . i failed the field test due to coming off my meds. being off my meds is horrible, it makes me feel drunk. i have proof, it states do not quit this med , i have a cld and haul heavy equiptment. it was dark and raining at that time, i was not driving on a public road . i was in my apt. complex. in my car. i have had a clean dl cdl 4 20 yrs. no mvr,s.i just got hired at a state job plowing . winter wk. im laid off in the winter so i cant lose my cdl. plus 180.00 child sup/ help
