privite property dui
i got a dui in the apt. complex i live in. i have not taken mt anti dep. 4 4 dats. the withdraws are horrible. it make me feel smashed. i was not driving on a public road. i just got done doing a brake job on my car . the petal went to the floor. i hit a trailer hitch on a truck. it was raining and dark out. i had beer on my breath. the next thing i mknow some 1 called the cops and i was arrested 4 dui. i have a cdl. the cop that arrested me did not ask me to take a breath test at the police station. i called her up and her responce to me was dont worry i talked to my sargent and he said it will probly get reduced to rekless dr. i drive a semi hauling over wide load ,height, over weight, and need my cdl.i have no tickets on my record 4 20 yrs. help.
