Pulled over for DUI in Cook County
I was recently pulled over for DUI on the Hwy. I blew a .111 (on a 4th try) and failed all the FST. I'm scared and don't know what to expect. I view this as a life turning experience and expect to face future hardships because of it (getting a decent job, insurance cost, etc). Please let me know what I should expect and if there is any hope for me.

Hello. If you are a first offender,
there is hope. One facing a third
DUI can expect to be indicted for a felony. Get a lawyer quickly. Time is of the essence. You can expect to be in court for a while. Will be happy to discuss this further and in more detail.
Re: Pulled over for DUI in Cook County
It isn't as bad as you think. You must hire a lawyer quickly. There may be a way to keep your license from being suspended. However, the lawyer you hire needs time to prepare the proper motions, etc. If you are in the Chicago area, please call for a free consultation.
Re: Pulled over for DUI in Cook County
You should seek out legal counsel immediately. An attorney can file a motion to request that you be allowed to keep your license, such as to go to and from work. We offer free consultations, so click my profile link to my webpage or call us for a fee consultation by phone.
Thanks

You should talk to serveral attorneys and select the one you are most comfortable with.
Re: Pulled over for DUI in Cook County
I noticed that several other attorneys have responded to your post. I agree, strongly, that you should seek legal counsel sooner than later. Interpret this as running, not walking, to an attorney. If this matter is pending in the Third or Fourth Municipal Districts, I would like to speak with you in the office for a "no charge" consultation. If this is a First or Second District case, I can refer you to someone who can help. This is a serious matter, but there is "hope". Let us help.
