pulled over for 1 reason, ticketed for another
Is it legal for officer to tail for 3.6 miles on neighborhood street within 20 yards of my vehicle starting outside his city and go into his city and then pull me over for a faulty tailight and then write me for an expired liscense?

Hello. Yes, a police officer can do this as part of his police powers, especially if you are guilty of certain violations. The best defense
is to be "right" and have your vehicle
in working order and your license in
