Legal Question in DUI Law in Illinois

I have a question relating to Illinois DWI law. It's my understanding that Illinois permenantly revokes a driver's license after four DWIs.

I have a client who has three prior DWIs. He is currently living in the State of Minnesota, but still has his Illinois driver's license. He has special driving privileges here, known as a B-Card. The B-Card means he can drive, but that he can consume no alcohol. He is facing a violation of that B-Card (a gross misdemeanor), after he was arrested for DWI. I want to know what will happen to his Illinois driver's license if he is convicted of the B-card violation, but not the DWI. Does this suffice to result in permanent revocation of his Illinois driver's license. I've called several DPS departments in Illinois, and no one seems to have an answer. It's not technically a DWI, but it is an alcohol-related driving offense under these circumstances.
