Legal Question in DUI Law in Illinois

revoked license

My husband received his 2nd DUI about four years ago, he has never received a license back but has all fees so far paid up. What do we need to do to get his license back or at least a work permit?

Re: revoked license

You must have a hearing before the IL Secretary of State. Please call should you wish to discuss.

Re: revoked license

Your husband must petition the Secretary of State(SOS) for either full reinstatement or a restricted driving permit. This will require a hearing before the SOS. I would be more then happy to assist you with this hearing. Please feel free to contact me for further information.
