Ok so saturday night me and some friends went to a party, I got an underage drinking ticket.. It was a keggar it had only been going for about an hour until the cops started knocking. Well everyone just went downstairs and didnt answer the door,because they cant just walk in. Well all of a sudden the cops are in the house. Im pretty sure thats illegally entering the house. Then they gave everyone drinking tickets. I asked ot be breathalyzed because i knew nothing would show up yet. They refused and gave everyone a drinking ticket. And they didnt find any alcohol because some one hid the tap to the keg so how do they know whats in there.
I would just pay it and get it over with but im on probation and i need it dropped.
Sorry for putting this in the dui section, i didnt know where else to put it.

Sounds like you may have a good case to take to trial. You need to hire an attorney who can either
A) negotiate with the states attorney for a dismissal or
B) take your case to trial and beat the case for you.
Since you're on probation, any plea of guilty could violate your probation and you could be looking at a jail sentence. Do not pay the ticket, you will be entering a plea of guilty which will be used against you during your probation violation hearing.
